Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Template notice. This policy is a practical starting point, not legal advice. Before you rely on it, review it against the requirements that apply to you (e.g. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and the terms of the ad and affiliate programs you join. Consider having it checked by a professional.

This Privacy Policy explains how FirstRep ("we", "us", "the site") collects, uses and protects information when you visit getfirstrep.pages.dev and use its content and forms.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you email us, use the contact form, or sign up for our email list, we receive the details you provide — typically your name and email address, and any message you send.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host and analytics tools may record standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page and the pages you view. This helps us understand how the site is used.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our partners use them for essential functions, to measure traffic, and (where enabled) to show relevant advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies only load after you accept them in our consent banner — until then, no non-essential cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or control and delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your information

  • To operate, maintain and improve the site.
  • To respond to your messages and support requests.
  • To send emails you asked for (such as the free workout day or updates), which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To measure site performance and understand which content is helpful.
  • To display advertising and affiliate content that keeps the site free.

Advertising and third-party vendors

To keep FirstRep free, we display advertising from third-party networks. These may include Google AdSense and other ad partners (for example Media.net, Ezoic or similar). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and opt out of many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.eu.
  • Each ad partner maintains its own privacy policy governing how it uses data.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site — particularly on the Gear page — are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate partners may set cookies to attribute a purchase. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Email sign-ups

If you join our email list, your name and email are handled by our email service provider (Brevo) under its own privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If we introduce paid products in the future, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider and we will never store your full card details on this site.

How your data is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, email, advertising and payment partners), and where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at tanumaygoswami98@gmail.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, our lawful bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests in running the site, and, where relevant, performing a contract.

Children's privacy

FirstRep is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
